Most smokers require just one session to become happy non-smokers. In certain cases however, more than one session is required. In this event, where back up sessions are attended within three months of the initial session, there is no extra charge as the initial fee covers them.

If you start smoking within 3 calendar months of attending the first session, you can claim a full refund without inquisition, and your word will be taken on trust, provided:

1. You make a signed written claim to Easyway (Coventry and Leicester), The Meridian, 4 Copthall House, Station Square, Coventry. CV1 2FL

2. You attend a second and third session within 3 months of attending the first session. Note that the second and third session, if required, are not a repeat of the first and both sessions last around 2 -3 hours each.

3. You do not cancel, postpone or fail to attend any of the first three sessions, or arrive over 15 minutes late, or leave early

Of course, you may choose to continue attending further sessions instead: it is your choice. Should you stop smoking for 3 months or longer but start again at a later date, you may attend any number of back up sessions on payment of half the standard fee. However, if you wish to attend the first session again, the standard fee will be payable and the guarantee will again apply.
