Sessions scheduled as follows:

All midweek sessions commence at 1pm, Saturday sessions start at 9am. All sessions last around 5 hours and are conducted by a fully qualified Allen Carr therapist.

You will be in a group of up to 18 other smokers, and will be able to smoke throughout the session.

One to One Sessions:
Held at the same venues, although arrangements can be made to visit clients at their preferred location.
